話し方も、コミュニケーヨンも、生涯学習です。人をお手本にして身につけます。　「学ぶ」は、「真似る」が語源。「真似をする」ことが、習得の近道です。人のふり見て我がふり直せ！人の悪いところを真似しないように、という教訓ですね。話し方もコミュニケーションも「人のよくないところは反面教師とし、良いところは、拝借です。言葉や言い回しも素敵なものを見つけたら、チャンスを見て、使いこなしましょう。使いつづけているうちに、拝借した表現ではなく本当に、自分のものになります。まさに話し方の練習は、学びの連続、生涯学習です。

Speaking and communicating is a lifelong learning process. We learn by following the example of others.　The word ‘learn’ is derived from ‘imitate’. Imitating is a shortcut to learning. Learn by imitation! The lesson is not to imitate what is wrong with others. In speech and communication, “take what is not good about others as an antagonist, and borrow what is good”. When you find a nice word or phrase, take a chance and use it. The more you use them, the more they become your own. The very practice of speaking is a continuous learning process, a lifelong learning process.
